Rescue Lens is a new video-assisted technical support feature designed to make remote service easier for consumers. The solution uses the device camera and allows attendees to look and be helpful.
Basically, the application can be used by any company that provides assistance or technical support, such as cable television companies, Internet service providers, manufacturers, and vendors.
As a telephone support team, the company can remotely control customers’ configuration and troubleshooting in a more natural and intuitive way, as the support staff can clearly see the situation.
To use the app, all you need to do is enter the menu PIN code provided by the attendant. Then confirm remote access and position the camera unit to indicate the problem to the technician. Rescue Lens works on PCs (Windows and Mac) via the AMIDuOS emulator.
